*How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!

* 诗84:2 我羡慕渴想耶和华的院宇；我的心肠，我的肉体向永生上帝呼吁（或作：欢呼）。

*My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.

* 诗84:3 万军之耶和华我的王，我的上帝啊，在你祭坛那里，麻雀为自己找着房屋，燕子为自己找着抱雏之窝。

*Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.

* 诗84:4 如此住在你殿中的便为有福！他们仍要赞美你。（细拉）

*Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.

* 诗84:5 靠你有力量、心中想往锡安大道的，这人便为有福！

*Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.

* 诗84:6 他们经过“流泪谷”，叫这谷变为泉源之地；并有秋雨之福盖满了全谷。

*Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.

* 诗84:7 他们行走，力上加力，各人到锡安朝见上帝。

*They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.

* 诗84:8 耶和华万军之上帝啊，求你听我的祷告！雅各的上帝啊，求你留心听！（细拉）

*O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.

* 诗84:9 上帝啊，你是我们的盾牌；求你垂顾观看你受膏者的面！

*Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.

* 诗84:10 在你的院宇住一日，胜似在别处住千日；宁可在我上帝殿中看门，不愿住在恶人的帐棚里。
§20
*For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

* 诗84:11 因为耶和华上帝是日头，是盾牌，要赐下恩惠和荣耀。他未尝留下一样好处不给那些行动正直的人。

*For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

* 诗84:12 万军之耶和华啊，倚靠你的人便为有福！

*O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
