*Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.

* 诗69:2 我陷在深淤泥中，没有立脚之地；我到了深水中，大水漫过我身。

*I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.

* 诗69:3 我因呼求困乏，喉咙发干；我因等候上帝，眼睛失明。

*I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.

* 诗69:4 无故恨我的，比我头发还多；无理与我为仇、要把我剪除的，甚为强盛。我没有抢夺的，要叫我偿还。

*They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.

*Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.

*For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.

*When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach.

*But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.

* 诗69:14 求你搭救我出离淤泥，不叫我陷在其中；求你使我脱离那些恨我的人，使我出离深水。

*Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.

* 诗69:15 求你不容大水漫过我，不容深渊吞灭我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。

*Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.

* 诗69:16 耶和华啊，求你应允我！因为你的慈爱本为美好；求你按你丰盛的慈悲回转眷顾我！

*Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.

* 诗69:17 不要掩面不顾你的仆人；我是在急难之中，求你速速的应允我！

*And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily.

*Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.

*Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.

* 诗69:20 辱骂伤破了我的心，我又满了忧愁。我指望有人体恤，却没有一个；我指望有人安慰，却找不着一个。

*Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.

* 诗69:21 他们拿苦胆给我当食物；我渴了，他们拿醋给我喝。

*They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.

* 诗69:22 愿他们的筵席在他们面前变为网罗，在他们平安的时候变为机槛。

*Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.

* 诗69:23 愿他们的眼睛昏蒙，不得看见；愿你使他们的腰常常战抖。

*Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.

* 诗69:24 求你将你的恼恨倒在他们身上，叫你的烈怒追上他们。

*Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.

* 诗69:25 愿他们的住处变为荒场；愿他们的帐棚无人居住。

*Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents.

* 诗69:26 因为，你所击打的，他们就逼迫；你所击伤的，他们戏说他的愁苦。

*For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded.

* 诗69:27 愿你在他们的罪上加罪，不容他们在你面前称义。

*Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.

* 诗69:28 愿他们从生命册上被涂抹，不得记录在义人之中。

*Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.

* 诗69:29 但我是困苦忧伤的；上帝啊，愿你的救恩将我安置在高处。

*But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.

* 诗69:30 我要以诗歌赞美上帝的名，以感谢称他为大！

*I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.

* 诗69:31 这便叫耶和华喜悦，胜似献牛，或是献有角有蹄的公牛。

*This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.

* 诗69:32 谦卑的人看见了就喜乐；寻求上帝的人，愿你们的心苏醒。

*The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God.

* 诗69:33 因为耶和华听了穷乏人，不藐视被囚的人。

*For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.

* 诗69:34 愿天和地、洋海和其中一切的动物都赞美他！

*Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.

* 诗69:35 因为上帝要拯救锡安，建造犹大的城邑；他的民要在那里居住，得以为业。

*For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.

* 诗69:36 他仆人的后裔要承受为业；爱他名的人也要住在其中。

*The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
