* 诗62:1 我的心默默无声，专等候上帝；我的救恩是从他而来。

*Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.

* 诗62:2 惟独他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的高台，我必不很动摇。
§5
*He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.

* 诗62:3 你们大家攻击一人，把他毁坏，如同毁坏歪斜的墙、将倒的壁，要到几时呢？

*How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence.

* 诗62:4 他们彼此商议，专要从他的尊位上把他推下；他们喜爱谎话，口虽祝福，心却咒诅。（细拉）

*They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

* 诗62:5 我的心哪，你当默默无声，专等候上帝，因为我的盼望是从他而来。

*My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

* 诗62:6 惟独他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的高台，我必不动摇。

*He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.

* 诗62:7 我的拯救、我的荣耀都在乎上帝；我力量的磐石、我的避难所都在乎上帝。

*In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

* 诗62:8 你们众民当时时倚靠他，在他面前倾心吐意；上帝是我们的避难所。（细拉）

*Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

* 诗62:9 下流人真是虚空；上流人也是虚假；放在天平里就必浮起；他们一共比空气还轻。

*Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.

* 诗62:10 不要仗势欺人，也不要因抢夺而骄傲；若财宝加增，不要放在心上。

*Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

* 诗62:11 上帝说了一次、两次，我都听见：就是能力都属乎上帝。

*God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.

* 诗62:12 主啊，慈爱也是属乎你，因为你照着各人所行的报应他。

*Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
