* 诗46:1 上帝是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。

*God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

* 诗46:2 所以，地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，

*Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

* 诗46:3 其中的水虽砰訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。（细拉）

*Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

* 诗46:4 有一道河，这河的分汊使上帝的城欢喜；这城就是至高者居住的圣所。
§9
*There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
§10
* 诗46:5 上帝在其中，城必不动摇；到天一亮，上帝必帮助这城。

*God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

* 诗46:6 外邦喧嚷，列国动摇；上帝发声，地便熔化。

*The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

* 诗46:7 万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的上帝是我们的避难所！（细拉）

*The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

* 诗46:8 你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。

*Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

* 诗46:9 他止息刀兵，直到地极；他折弓、断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。
§19
*He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
§20
* 诗46:10 你们要休息，要知道我是上帝！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
§21
*Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

* 诗46:11 万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的上帝是我们的避难所！
