* 诗32:1 得赦免其过、遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的！

*Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

* 诗32:2 凡心里没有诡诈、耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的！

*Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

* 诗32:3 我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼而骨头枯干。

*When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.

* 诗32:4 黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重；我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的干旱。（细拉）

*For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.

* 诗32:5 我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说：我要向耶和华承认我的过犯，你就赦免我的罪恶。（细拉）

*I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

* 诗32:6 为此，凡虔诚人都当趁你可寻找的时候祷告你；大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。

*For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.

* 诗32:7 你是我藏身之处；你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌四面环绕我。（细拉）

*Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

* 诗32:8 我要教导你，指示你当行的路；我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。

*I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

* 诗32:9 你不可像那无知的骡马，必用嚼环辔头勒住他；不然，就不能驯服。
§18
*Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
§19
* 诗32:10 恶人必多受苦楚；惟独倚靠耶和华的必有慈爱四面环绕他。
§20
*Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
§21
* 诗32:11 你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐；你们心里正直的人都当欢呼。
§22
*Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
