* 诗3:1 耶和华啊，我的敌人何其加增；有许多人起来攻击我。

*Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

* 诗3:2 有许多人议论我说：他得不着上帝的帮助。（细拉）

*Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

* 诗3:3 但你耶和华是我四围的盾牌，是我的荣耀，又是叫我抬起头来的。

*But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

* 诗3:4 我用我的声音求告耶和华，他就从他的圣山上应允我。（细拉）

*I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

* 诗3:5 我躺下睡觉，我醒着，耶和华都保佑我。

*I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

* 诗3:7 耶和华啊，求你起来！我的上帝啊，求你救我！因为你打了我一切仇敌的腮骨，敲碎了恶人的牙齿。

*Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
