* 伯6:2 惟愿我的烦恼称一称，我一切的灾害放在天平里；

*Oh that my grief were throughly weighed, and my calamity laid in the balances together!

* 伯6:3 现今都比海沙更重，所以我的言语急躁。

*For now it would be heavier than the sand of the sea: therefore my words are swallowed up.

* 伯6:4 因全能者的箭射入我身；其毒，我的灵喝尽了；上帝的惊吓摆阵攻击我。

*For the arrows of the Almighty are within me, the poison whereof drinketh up my spirit: the terrors of God do set themselves in array against me.

* 伯6:5 野驴有草岂能叫唤？牛有料岂能吼叫？

*Doth the wild ass bray when he hath grass? or loweth the ox over his fodder?

* 伯6:6 物淡而无盐岂可吃吗？蛋青有什么滋味呢？

*Can that which is unsavoury be eaten without salt? or is there any taste in the white of an egg?

* 伯6:7 看为可厌的食物，我心不肯挨近。

*The things that my soul refused to touch are as my sorrowful meat.

* 伯6:8 惟愿我得着所求的，愿上帝赐我所切望的；

*Oh that I might have my request; and that God would grant me the thing that I long for!

* 伯6:9 就是愿上帝把我压碎，伸手将我剪除。

*Even that it would please God to destroy me; that he would let loose his hand, and cut me off!

* 伯6:10 我因没有违弃那圣者的言语，就仍以此为安慰，在不止息的痛苦中还可踊跃。

*Then should I yet have comfort; yea, I would harden myself in sorrow: let him not spare; for I have not concealed the words of the Holy One.

* 伯6:11 我有什么气力使我等候？我有什么结局使我忍耐？

*What is my strength, that I should hope? and what is mine end, that I should prolong my life?

* 伯6:12 我的气力岂是石头的气力？我的肉身岂是铜的呢？

*Is my strength the strength of stones? or is my flesh of brass?

* 伯6:13 在我岂不是毫无帮助吗？智慧岂不是从我心中赶出净尽吗？

*Is not my help in me? and is wisdom driven quite from me?

* 伯6:14 那将要灰心、离弃全能者、不敬畏上帝的人，他的朋友当以慈爱待他。

*To him that is afflicted pity should be shewed from his friend; but he forsaketh the fear of the Almighty.

* 伯6:15 我的弟兄诡诈，好像溪水，又像溪水流干的河道。

*My brethren have dealt deceitfully as a brook, and as the stream of brooks they pass away;

* 伯6:16 这河因结冰发黑，有雪藏在其中；

*Which are blackish by reason of the ice, and wherein the snow is hid:

* 伯6:17 天气渐暖就随时消化，日头炎热便从原处干涸。

*What time they wax warm, they vanish: when it is hot, they are consumed out of their place.

* 伯6:18 结伴的客旅离弃大道，顺河偏行，到荒野之地死亡。

*The paths of their way are turned aside; they go to nothing, and perish.

* 伯6:19 提玛结伴的客旅瞻望；示巴同伙的人等候。

*The troops of Tema looked, the companies of Sheba waited for them.

* 伯6:20 他们因失了盼望就抱愧，来到那里便蒙羞。

*They were confounded because they had hoped; they came thither, and were ashamed.

* 伯6:21 现在你们正是这样，看见惊吓的事便惧怕。

*For now ye are nothing; ye see my casting down, and are afraid.

* 伯6:22 我岂说：请你们供给我，从你们的财物中送礼物给我？

*Did I say, Bring unto me? or, Give a reward for me of your substance?

* 伯6:23 岂说：拯救我脱离敌人的手吗？救赎我脱离强暴人的手吗？

*Or, Deliver me from the enemy's hand? or, Redeem me from the hand of the mighty?

* 伯6:24 请你们教导我，我便不作声；使我明白在何事上有错。

*Teach me, and I will hold my tongue: and cause me to understand wherein I have erred.

* 伯6:25 正直的言语力量何其大！但你们责备是责备什么呢？

*How forcible are right words! but what doth your arguing reprove?

* 伯6:26 绝望人的讲论既然如风，你们还想要驳正言语吗？

*Do ye imagine to reprove words, and the speeches of one that is desperate, which are as wind?

* 伯6:27 你们想为孤儿拈阄，以朋友当货物。
§54
*Yea, ye overwhelm the fatherless, and ye dig a pit for your friend.

* 伯6:28 现在请你们看看我，我决不当面说谎。
§56
*Now therefore be content, look upon me; for it is evident unto you if I lie.
§57
* 伯6:29 请你们转意，不要不公；请再转意，我的事有理。

*Return, I pray you, let it not be iniquity; yea, return again, my righteousness is in it.
§59
* 伯6:30 我的舌上岂有不义吗？我的口里岂不辨奸恶吗？
§60
*Is there iniquity in my tongue? cannot my taste discern perverse things?
