第17章 最后的七灾与恶人
§1 第17章 最后的七灾与恶人
§2 Chapter 17—The Seven Last Plagues and the Wicked
§3 (大艰难时期,第一部分)
§4 (The Great Time of Trouble, Part 1)
§5 上帝愤怒的碗将要倾出
§6 The Vials of God’s Wrath Will Be Poured Out
§7 在我们的前面将有严重的大事要发生。号筒要连续的吹响,碗要连续的倒在地上居民身上。--3SM 426 (1890). {LDE 238.1}
§8 Solemn events before us are yet to transpire. Trumpet after trumpet is to be sounded; vial after vial poured out one after another upon the inhabitants of the earth.—Selected Messages 3:426 (1890). {LDE 238.1}
§9 施恩的天使不久就要离开世界。那最后的七灾也要倾降。……上帝忿怒的雷霆不久就要降下。当祂要开始刑罚犯罪的人时,就不再有缓刑期,直到末了。--TM 182 (1894). {LDE 238.2}
§10 The world is soon to be left by the angel of mercy and the seven last plagues are to be poured out.... The bolts of God’s wrath are soon to fall, and when He shall begin to punish the transgressors there will be no period of respite until the end.—Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers, 182 (1894). {LDE 238.2}
§11 各国在战争
§12 The Nations in Conflict
§13 四位大力天使抑制着地上的权势,直到上帝的仆人额上盖了印。世上各国迫不及待地要打仗,但被天使阻止了。当天使的抑制力量撤消以后,大艰难的痛苦日子就会来到。致命的武器会发明出来。满载乘客的轮船,会沉到深水之中。凡没有真理精神的人都会团结在撒但代理人的领导之下,受其控制,直到哈米吉多顿大战。--7BC 967 (1900). {LDE 238.3}
§14 Four mighty angels hold back the powers of this earth till the servants of God are sealed in their foreheads. The nations of the world are eager for conflict, but they are held in check by the angels. When this restraining power is removed there will come a time of trouble and anguish. Deadly instruments of warfare will be invented. Vessels with their living cargo will be entombed in the great deep. All who have not the spirit of truth will unite under the leadership of Satanic agencies, but they are to be kept under control till the time shall come for the great battle of Armageddon.—The S.D.A. Bible Commentary 7:967 (1900). {LDE 238.3}
§15 全世界要陷入毁灭
§16 The Whole World Will Be Involved in Ruin
§17 天使现今仍在约束着战争的风,使之在世人未得到那有关将来命运的警告之前不致吹在地上;但暴风雨正在密集之中,准备在地上突然出现;等到上帝吩咐天使放松四方的风时,那将有的战争,其剧烈的情形将非笔墨所能形容的。--Ed 179,180 (1903). {LDE 239.1}
§18 Angels are now restraining the winds of strife that they may not blow until the world shall be warned of its coming doom, but a storm is gathering, ready to burst upon the earth, and when God shall bid His angels loose the winds there will be such a scene of strife as no pen can picture.—Education, 179, 180 (1903). {LDE 239.1}
§19 救主所说有关耶路撒冷遭受刑罚的预言,将要应验在另一件事上;对于这件事,耶路撒冷的凄凉荒废只可算是一个隐约的预表。从这蒙拣选之城的厄运上,我们可以看出这个拒绝上帝恩典并践踏祂律法的世界所必遭受的灭亡。--GC 36 (1911年) {LDE 239.2}
§20 The Saviour’s prophecy concerning the visitation of judgments upon Jerusalem is to have another fulfillment, of which that terrible desolation was but a faint shadow. In the fate of the chosen city we may behold the doom of a world that has rejected God’s mercy and trampled upon His law.—The Great Controversy, 36 (1911). {LDE 239.2}
§21 这时撒但要把世上的居民卷入一次最大最后的艰难之中。当上帝的使者不再抑制人类情感的狂焰时,一切足以引起纷乱斗争的因素就要发动了。全世界要陷入一次巨大的毁灭,比昔日临到耶路撒冷的灾祸更为可怖。--GC 614 (1911年) {LDE 239.3}
§22 Satan will then plunge the inhabitants of the earth into one great, final trouble. As the angels of God cease to hold in check the fierce winds of human passion, all the elements of strife will be let loose. The whole world will be involved in ruin more terrible than that which came upon Jerusalem of old.—The Great Controversy, 614 (1911). {LDE 239.3}
§23 上帝是公义的,也是慈爱的
§24 God Is Just, as Well as Merciful
§25 仁爱,充满忍耐,良善,恩慈和信实,这就是上帝的荣耀。而在刑罚罪人上所显出的公义,确实既是上帝的荣耀,也是祂的仁慈的表现。--RH 1904年3月10日. {LDE 240.1}
§26 It is the glory of God to be merciful, full of forbearance, kindness, goodness, and truth. But the justice shown in punishing the sinner is as verily the glory of the Lord as is the manifestation of His mercy.—The Review and Herald, March 10, 1904. {LDE 240.1}
§27 以色列的主上帝要再次向这世界的神施行报应,正如向埃及的神所行的一样。祂要用火与水、瘟疫和地震,毁灭全地。那时祂蒙赎的子民要高举祂的名,使祂的名在全地得荣耀。那些生存在这世界历史最后阶段的人们,对于上帝的教训,岂不应当变得明智吗?--10MR 240, 241 (1899). {LDE 240.2}
§28 The Lord God of Israel is to execute judgment upon the gods of this world as upon the gods of Egypt. With fire and flood, plagues and earthquakes, He will spoil the whole land. Then His redeemed people will exalt His name and make it glorious in the earth. Shall not those who are living in the last remnant of this earth’s history become intelligent in regard to God’s lessons?—Manuscript Releases 10:240, 241 (1899). {LDE 240.2}
§29 基督是我们的中保。祂垂听一切悔改认罪的祷告。祂头上是环绕着彩虹,象征着恩典和慈爱。祂不久就要结束在天上圣所的工作。于是恩典和怜悯离开宝座,公义取而代之。祂的子民所期盼的主将就职担任大法官。--RH 1889年1月1日. {LDE 240.3}
§30 The One who has stood as our Intercessor; who hears all penitential prayers and confessions; who is represented with a rainbow, the symbol of grace and love, encircling His head, is soon to cease His work in the heavenly sanctuary. Grace and mercy will then descend from the throne, and justice will take their place. He for whom His people have looked will assume His right—the office of Supreme Judge.—The Review and Herald, January 1, 1889. {LDE 240.3}
§31 在全部圣经中,上帝不仅是慈悲和仁爱的一位,而且也是严正不偏不倚的公义的上帝。--ST 1881年3月24日. {LDE 240.4}
§32 In all the Bible, God is presented not only as a Being of mercy and benevolence, but as a God of strict and impartial justice.—The Signs of the Times, March 24, 1881. {LDE 240.4}
§33 上帝刑罚的确定性
§34 The Certainty of God’s Judgments
§35 在我们这个时代,上帝的爱被表现成是这样一种品格,好像祂会禁止毁灭罪人。人们从自己很低的正义和公平的标准来推理。“你想我恰和你一样。”(诗50:21)他们以自己的心来度量上帝。在那种情况下他们会怎样行,他们就依此类推,并决定上帝会像他们所想象的、所愿意做的那样去做。……{LDE 240.5}
§36 God’s love is represented in our day as being of such a character as would forbid His destroying the sinner. Men reason from their own low standard of right and justice. “Thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself” (Psalm 50:21). They measure God by themselves. They reason as to how they would act under the circumstances and decide God would do as they imagine they would do.... {LDE 240.5}
§37 没有一个王国或政府会让犯法者来说对那些已经违犯律法的人应执行什么处罚。我们所具有的一切,我们所拥有的一切上帝恩惠的施舍,我们都归功于上帝。违犯这样一位上帝的恶化的品格不可估量,较比用掌距来度量诸天更甚。上帝既是天父,也是道德的统治者。祂是立法者。祂设立并执行祂的律法。没有处罚的律法是无效的。{LDE 241.1}
§38 In no kingdom or government is it left to the lawbreakers to say what punishment is to be executed against those who have broken the law. All we have, all the bounties of His grace which we possess, we owe to God. The aggravating character of sin against such a God cannot be estimated any more than the heavens can be measured with a span. God is a moral governor as well as a Father. He is the Lawgiver. He makes and executes His laws. Law that has no penalty is of no force. {LDE 241.1}
§39 人们可能作出这样的辩解,慈爱的天父在有能力援救祂的儿女们的时候,不会看着他们遭受上帝的火的刑罚。但是上帝会为了祂的国民的好处,也为了他们的安全,而处罚违背者。上帝并不按人的计划行事。祂能够行无限的公义,这是人类无法在自己的同类面前行的。挪亚原本不喜悦上帝淹没了使他烦恼的嘲笑者和嘲弄者中的某一个,但是上帝淹没了广大的世界。罗得原本无权给予他的女婿们处罚,但是上帝会以严格的公义行事。{LDE 241.2}
§40 The plea may be made that a loving Father would not see His children suffering the punishment of God by fire while He had the power to relieve them. But God would, for the good of His subjects and for their safety, punish the transgressor. God does not work on the plan of man. He can do infinite justice that man has no right to do before his fellow man. Noah would have displeased God to have drowned one of the scoffers and mockers that harassed him, but God drowned the vast world. Lot would have had no right to inflict punishment on his sons-in-law, but God would do it in strict justice. {LDE 241.2}
§41 谁能说上帝不会做祂所说愿意做的事呢?--12MR 207-209; 10MR 265 (1876). {LDE 241.3}
§42 Who will say God will not do what He says He will do?—Manuscript Releases 12:207-209; Manuscript Releases 10:265 (1876). {LDE 241.3}
§43 上帝撤回祂的保护时刑罚临到
§44 Judgments Come When God Removes His Protection
§45 我蒙指示,上帝的刑罚并不是直接从主而来,降在他们身上,而是这样的:他们把自己置于上帝的保护之外。祂警告,劝戒,责备,并指出唯一安全的道路;然后,如果那些已经蒙上帝特别眷顾的人偏行己路,不依赖上帝的灵,在再三的警告之后,他们依然选择自己的道路,那么祂就不会授权天使们去阻止撒但对他们坚决的攻击。{LDE 242.1}
§46 I was shown that the judgments of God would not come directly out from the Lord upon them, but in this way: They place themselves beyond His protection. He warns, corrects, reproves, and points out the only path of safety; then, if those who have been the objects of His special care will follow their own course, independent of the Spirit of God, after repeated warnings, if they choose their own way, then He does not commission His angels to prevent Satan’s decided attacks upon them. {LDE 242.1}
§47 撒但在海上、在陆地上正发挥着他的能力,带来灾难和痛苦,将众多的人扫除,确定为他的掠物。--14MR 3 (1883). {LDE 242.2}
§48 It is Satan’s power that is at work at sea and on land, bringing calamity and distress and sweeping off multitudes to make sure of his prey.—Manuscript Releases 14:3 (1883). {LDE 242.2}
§49 上帝要利用祂的仇敌作为工具,去刑罚那些已偏行自己的恶路从而使上帝的真理被误表、错断和羞辱的人。--PC 136 (1894). {LDE 242.3}
§50 God will use His enemies as instruments to punish those who have followed their own pernicious ways whereby the truth of God has been misrepresented, misjudged, and dishonored.—The Paulson Collection of Ellen G. White Letters, 136 (1894). {LDE 242.3}
§51 上帝的灵久已被人侮慢、拒绝、滥用,现在正在从地上收回。上帝的灵一旦被收走,撒但马上就要在海上和陆地上施展他残酷的作为了。--Ms 134, 1898. {LDE 242.4}
§52 Already the Spirit of God, insulted, refused, abused, is being withdrawn from the earth. Just as fast as God’s Spirit is taken away, Satan’s cruel work will be done upon land and sea.—Manuscript 134, 1898. {LDE 242.4}
§53 恶人已经跨过了他们蒙恩时期的界线;上帝的灵既然被他们一味地拒绝,现在已经收回了。他们既没有上帝恩典的保护,便无法脱离那恶者的手。--GC 614 (1911年) {LDE 242.5}
§54 The wicked have passed the boundary of their probation; the Spirit of God, persistently resisted, has been at last withdrawn. Unsheltered by divine grace, they have no protection from the wicked one.—The Great Controversy, 614 (1911). {LDE 242.5}
§55 有时圣天使施展毁灭的能力
§56 At Times Holy Angels Exercise Destructive Power
§58 [The sinner must himself bear full responsibility for the punishment that is meted out to him. Ellen White states, “God destroys no one. The sinner destroys himself by his own impenitence.” Testimonies for the Church 5:120. See further The Great Controversy, 25-37.]
§59 上帝的刑罚突然临到耶利哥城。它是一个保垒。但是耶和华军队的元帅亲自从天而降,率领天军攻击这城。上帝的天使将其高大的城墙夷为平地。--3T 264 (1873). {LDE 243.1}
§60 God’s judgments were awakened against Jericho. It was a stronghold. But the Captain of the Lord’s host Himself came from heaven to lead the armies of heaven in an attack upon the city. Angels of God laid hold of the massive walls and brought them to the ground.—Testimonies for the Church 3:264 (1873). {LDE 243.1}
§61 在上帝的权柄之下,天使是全能的。古时他们服从基督的命令,曾在一夜之间杀死了十八万五千亚述的军兵。--DA 700 (1898). {LDE 243.2}
§62 Under God the angels are all-powerful. On one occasion, in obedience to the command of Christ, they slew of the Assyrian army in one night one hundred and eighty-five thousand men.—The Desire of Ages, 700 (1898). {LDE 243.2}
§63 那位奉命从天上下来拯救彼得的天使,就是为希律带来忿怒和刑罚的使者。天使拍彼得,使他从熟睡中醒过来,但这天使却用不同的一拍击打这个邪恶的王,使他的威严扫地,并将全能者的刑罚降在他身上。如此,希律在上帝报应的刑罚之下,受着身体和心灵双方面的非常惨痛而死。--AA 152 (1911). {LDE 243.3}
§64 The same angel who had come from the royal courts to rescue Peter had been the messenger of wrath and judgment to Herod. The angel smote Peter to arouse him from slumber. It was with a different stroke that he smote the wicked king, laying low his pride and bringing upon him the punishment of the Almighty. Herod died in great agony of mind and body, under the retributive judgment of God.—The Acts of the Apostles, 152 (1911). {LDE 243.3}
§65 古时,一个天使击杀了埃及国一切的长子,使全地充满了哀哭的声音。在大卫核点民数而得罪上帝的时候,也只有一位天使来处罚他的罪,使国中遭受惨怖的毁灭。圣天使在上帝命令之下所施行的破坏,恶使者在上帝许可之下也必施行。现在已经是剑拔弩张的局面,只待上帝许可,遍地就要遭受毁灭。--GC 614 (1911年){LDE 243.4}
§66 A single angel destroyed all the first-born of the Egyptians and filled the land with mourning. When David offended against God by numbering the people, one angel caused that terrible destruction by which his sin was punished. The same destructive power exercised by holy angels when God commands, will be exercised by evil angels when He permits. There are forces now ready, and only waiting the divine permission, to spread desolation everywhere.—The Great Controversy, 614 (1911). {LDE 243.4}
§67 头两个灾难
§68 The First Two Plagues
§69 当基督在天上的圣所中停止祂中保的工作时,那宣布在一切拜兽和兽像和接受兽印之人身上的纯一不杂的忿怒,将要倾出(见启14:9,10)。上帝在要拯救以色列人出埃及的时候所降给埃及人的灾难,和祂子民最后得救之前所要降给世人更可怖、更普遍的刑罚是相似的。蒙启示的使徒约翰形容这些骇人的惩罚,说:“有恶而且毒的疮,生在那些有兽印记、拜兽像的人身上。”“海就变成血,好像死人的血,海中的活物都死了”(启16:2-3)。--GC 627,628 (1911年) {LDE 244.1}
§70 When Christ ceases His intercession in the sanctuary, the unmingled wrath threatened against those who worship the beast and his image and receive his mark (Revelation 14:9, 10), will be poured out. The plagues upon Egypt when God was about to deliver Israel, were similar in character to those more terrible and extensive judgments which are to fall upon the world just before the final deliverance of God’s people. Says the revelator, in describing those terrific scourges: “There fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshiped his image.” The sea “became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea” [Revelation 16:2, 3].—The Great Controversy, 627, 628 (1911). {LDE 244.1}
§71 那时七大灾就降在地上的居民身上。有些人正在责怪上帝并咒骂祂。另一些人却跪到上帝的百姓面前,求他们教训他们如何逃避上帝的刑罚。可是圣徒没有教训给他们。为罪人所流的最后一滴眼泪已经流过,最后痛苦迫切的祷告已经献上,最后的重担已经背负,最后的警告已经发出。--EW 281 (1858). {LDE 244.2}
§72 The plagues were falling upon the inhabitants of the earth. Some were denouncing God and cursing Him. Others rushed to the people of God and begged to be taught how they might escape His judgments. But the saints had nothing for them. The last tear for sinners had been shed, the last agonizing prayer offered, the last burden borne, the last warning given.—Early Writings, 281 (1858). {LDE 244.2}
§73 第三灾The Third Plague
§74 我看出那四位天使必要执掌四方的风,直到耶稣在圣所的工作完毕为止,然后那七大灾就要临到。这些灾难激怒了恶人来攻击义人;他们以为那使上帝的报应临到他们身上的乃是我们,如能将我们从地上消灭,这些灾难就必止息了。于是就有命令发出要杀灭圣徒,这就使圣徒昼夜呼求拯救。--EW 36,37 (1851). {LDE 245.1}
§75 I saw that the four angels would hold the four winds until Jesus’ work was done in the sanctuary, and then will come the seven last plagues. These plagues enraged the wicked against the righteous; they thought that we had brought the judgments of God upon them and that if they could rid the earth of us the plagues would then be stayed. A decree went forth to slay the saints, which caused them to cry day and night for deliverance.—Early Writings, 36, 37 (1851). {LDE 245.1}
§76 “江河与众水的泉源……变成血了。”这些灾害固然极其可怕,但上帝的公义却借此完全显明了。上帝的天使说:“昔在、今在的圣者啊,你这样判断是公义的;他们曾流圣徒与先知的血,现在你给他们血喝,这是他们所该受的”(启16:5-6)。他们既然判定上帝的子民受死,所以即或他们没有亲手去执行,但实际上他们已经流了圣徒的血。--GC 628 (1911年) {LDE 245.2}
§77 And “the rivers and fountains of waters ... became blood.” Terrible as these inflictions are, God’s justice stands fully vindicated. The angel of God declares: “Thou art righteous, O Lord, ... because Thou hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and Thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy” (Revelation 16:2-6). By condemning the people of God to death, they have as truly incurred the guilt of their blood as if it had been shed by their hands.—The Great Controversy, 628 (1911). {LDE 245.2}
§78 第四灾The Fourth Plague
§79 接着而降的灾难,就是有能力加给日头,“叫日头能用火烤人,人被大热所烤”(启16:8-9)。先知形容世界在这可怖时期中的景况说:“田荒凉,地悲哀,因为五谷毁坏,……田野一切的树木,也都枯干,众人的喜乐尽都消灭。”“谷种在土块下朽烂,仓也荒凉。……牲畜哀鸣,牛群混乱,因为无草。……溪水干涸,火也烧灭旷野的草场。”“主耶和华说,那日殿中的诗歌变为哀号,必有许多尸首在各处抛弃,无人作声”(珥1:10-12;17-20;摩8:3)。{LDE 245.3}
§80 In the plague that follows, power is given to the sun “to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat” (Revelation 16:8, 9). The prophets thus describe the condition of the earth at this fearful time: “The land mourneth; ... because the harvest of the field is perished.... All the trees of the field are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.” “The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate.... How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture.... The rivers of water are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness.” “The songs of the temple shall be howlings in that day, saith the Lord God: there shall be many dead bodies in every place; they shall cast them forth with silence” (Joel 1:10-12, 17-20; Amos 8:3). {LDE 245.3}
§81 这些灾难并不是普遍的,否则,地上的居民就要全数消灭了。虽然如此,这些灾难仍是人类有史以来所从来没有见过的极悲惨的灾殃。--GC 628,629 (1911年) {LDE 246.1}
§82 These plagues are not universal, or the inhabitants of the earth would be wholly cut off. Yet they will be the most awful scourges that have ever been known to mortals.—The Great Controversy, 628, 629 (1911). {LDE 246.1}
§83 第五灾The Fifth Plague
§84 正当成群的恶人狂叫呐喊,讥诮辱骂,声势汹汹地向他们的俘虏猛扑的时候,忽然,有一阵浓密的,比午夜更深的黑暗笼罩在地上。随后有一道虹放射着那从上帝宝座而来的荣光,拱在天上,似乎是包围着每一群祈祷的人。那些发怒的群众忽然呆住了。他们的讥诮呐喊声消沉了。他们忘记了自己所要行凶施暴的目标。他们怀着恐惧知祸的心注视着上帝立约的记号,并急欲逃避其压倒一切的光辉。……{LDE 246.2}
§85 With shouts of triumph, jeering, and imprecation, throngs of evil men are about to rush upon their prey, when, lo, a dense blackness, deeper than the darkness of the night, falls upon the earth. Then a rainbow, shining with the glory from the throne of God, spans the heavens, and seems to encircle each praying company. The angry multitudes are suddenly arrested. Their mocking cries die away. The objects of their murderous rage are forgotten. With fearful forebodings they gaze upon the symbol of God’s covenant, and long to be shielded from its overpowering brightness.... {LDE 246.2}
§86 上帝显出权能拯救自己的子民,乃是在半夜的时候。那时太阳要出现,全力照耀。许多兆头和奇事接二连三地迅速显现出来,恶人满心恐怖而惊奇地望着这幕景象,同时义人却怀着严肃的喜乐,目睹自己得救的征兆。--GC 635,636 (1911年) {LDE 246.3}
§87 It is at midnight that God manifests His power for the deliverance of His people. The sun appears, shining in its strength. Signs and wonders follow in quick succession. The wicked look with terror and amazement on the scene, while the righteous behold with solemn joy the tokens of their deliverance.—The Great Controversy, 635, 636 (1911). {LDE 246.3}
§88 上帝的律法显在空中
§89 God’s Law Appears in the Sky
§90 随后,天上忽然显出一只手,拿着合起来的两块法版。先知曾说,“诸天必表明祂的公义,因为上帝是施行审判的”(诗50:6)。那圣洁的律法,就是上帝的公义,从前曾在西奈山的雷轰和火焰中被宣布为人生的指南,这时却要显现在世人眼前作为审判的标准。那一只手揭开了法版,其中便显出十条诫命,象是用火焰的笔写成的。其中的字迹极为清楚,使人人都能阅读。这时人们的记忆力要豁然觉醒。人人思想中所有迷信和异端的黑暗都要被扫除净尽。上帝那简明、广泛而有权威的十句话,这时显现在地上一切的居民眼前。--GC 639 (1911年) {LDE 247.1}
§91 There appears against the sky a hand holding two tables of stone folded together. Says the prophet, “The heavens shall declare His righteousness: for God is judge Himself” (Psalm 50:6). That holy law, God’s righteousness, that amid thunder and flame was proclaimed from Sinai as the guide of life, is now revealed to men as the rule of judgment. The hand opens the tables, and there are seen the precepts of the Decalogue, traced as with a pen of fire. The words are so plain that all can read them. Memory is aroused, the darkness of superstition and heresy is swept from every mind, and God’s ten words, brief, comprehensive, and authoritative, are presented to the view of all the inhabitants of the earth.—The Great Controversy, 639 (1911). {LDE 247.1}
§92 失丧之人声讨他们的假牧人
§93 The Lost Condemn Their False Shepherds
§94 那些曾看见亮光并且信服,却把他们的得救交给传道人的教友们,必在上帝的大日发觉没有人能够偿付他们的罪债。他们惊呼:“我灭亡了,永远灭亡了。”他们似乎要把那些传假道而指责真理的传道人撕碎。--4BC 1157 (1900). {LDE 247.2}
§95 Church members who have seen the light and been convicted, but who have trusted the salvation of their souls to the minister, will learn in the day of God that no other soul can pay the ransom for their transgression. A terrible cry will be raised, “I am lost, eternally lost.” Men will feel as though they could rend in pieces the ministers who have preached falsehoods and condemned the truth.—The S.D.A. Bible Commentary 4:1157 (1900). {LDE 247.2}
§96 他们要联合一致而极其怨恨地责难他们的传道人。这些不忠心的传道人曾说了许多甜言蜜语,使听众废弃上帝的律法。他们曾逼迫那些要保守律法之神圣性的人。现今这些传道人在绝望之中要向世人承认自己所作的欺骗工作。那时,群众要忿怒填胸,喊叫说:“我们灭亡了!而你们是叫我们遭毁灭的祸首。”于是他们就要攻击这些虚伪的牧人。那些一度最崇拜他们的人这时倒要向他们发出最恶毒的咒骂。那曾一度将桂冠加在他们头上的手这时要举起来毁灭他们。那原要用来杀戮上帝子民的利剑这时却要转过锋来,杀害他们的敌人。--GC 655,656 (1911年) {LDE 247.3}
§97 All unite in heaping their bitterest condemnation upon the ministers. Unfaithful pastors have prophesied smooth things; they have led their hearers to make void the law of God and to persecute those who would keep it holy. Now, in their despair, these teachers confess before the world their work of deception. The multitudes are filled with fury. “We are lost!” they cry, “and you are the cause of our ruin”; and they turn upon the false shepherds. The very ones that once admired them most, will pronounce the most dreadful curses upon them. The very hands that once crowned them with laurels, will be raised for their destruction. The swords which were to slay God’s people, are now employed to destroy their enemies.—The Great Controversy, 655, 656 (1911). {LDE 247.3}
§98 在这里我们看出教会——主的圣所——乃是首先触犯上帝之怒的。那些长老(结9:6)已蒙上帝赐予大光,处于民众灵性福利监护人的地位,却辜负了圣托。--5T 211 (1882). {LDE 248.1}
§99 Here we see that the church—the Lord’s sanctuary—was the first to feel the stroke of the wrath of God. The ancient men [Ezekiel 9:6], those to whom God had given great light and who had stood as guardians of the spiritual interests of the people, had betrayed their trust.—Testimonies for the Church 5:211 (1882). {LDE 248.1}
§100 那些假牧人败坏上帝圣言的功效。……他们的作为不久就要反作用在自己身上。当上帝的刑罚降给奥秘的巴比伦时,《启示录》18章所描写的情景那时就必应验。--Ms 60, 1900. {LDE 248.2}
§101 God’s Word is made of none effect by false shepherds.... Their work will soon react upon themselves. Then will be witnessed the scenes described in Revelation 18 when the judgments of God shall fall upon mystical Babylon.—Manuscript 60, 1900. {LDE 248.2}
§102 第六灾The Sixth Plague
§103 鬼魔的灵将要出动到“普天下众王”那里,诱惑他们,并怂恿他们在反抗天上政权的最后斗争中与撒但联合。--GC 624 (1911年). {LDE 248.3}
§104 The spirits of devils will go forth to the kings of the earth and to the whole world, to fasten them in deception, and urge them on to unite with Satan in his last struggle against the government of heaven.—The Great Controversy, 624 (1911). {LDE 248.3}
§105 上帝的灵渐渐从地上收回。撒但也在集结邪恶的军队,“出去到普天下众王那里”,把他们招聚在他的旗帜之下,并为“上帝全能者的大日”的战争进行训练 (启16:14)。--7BC 983 (1890). {LDE 249.1}
§106 The Spirit of God is gradually withdrawing from the world. Satan is also mustering his forces of evil, going forth “unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world,” to gather them under his banner, to be trained for “the battle of that great day of God Almighty” [Revelation 16:14].—The S.D.A. Bible Commentary 7:983 (1890). {LDE 249.1}
§107 在《启示录》16章,那一施行奇事的能力,要聚集世人从事最后的大争战,在约翰这样描述以后,不再讨论这些表号,而号角再一次发出确定的声音:“看啊,我来像贼一样。那警醒、看守衣服,免得赤身而行,叫人见他羞耻的有福了”(启16:15)!在亚当和夏娃犯罪以后,他们是赤身的,因为光明与安全的衣袍已经离开了他们。{LDE 249.2}
§108 After John’s description in Revelation 16 of that miracle-working power which was to gather the world to the last great conflict, the symbols are dropped and the trumpet voice once more gives a certain sound: “Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame” [Revelation 16:15]. After the transgression of Adam and Eve they were naked, for the garment of light and security had departed from them. {LDE 249.2}
§109 世人已经忘记了上帝的告诫和警告,正如挪亚世代的居民所行的一样,也像所多玛的居民所行的一样。他们觉悟了自己一切的计划和邪恶的发明,但是突然火从天上降下来,烧灭了那些不敬虔的居民。“人子显现的日子也要这样”(路17:30)。--14MR 96, 97 (1896). {LDE 249.3}
§110 The world will have forgotten the admonition and warnings of God as did the inhabitants of the Noatic world, as did also the dwellers in Sodom. They awoke with all their plans and inventions of iniquity, but suddenly the shower of fire came from heaven and consumed the godless inhabitants. “Thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed” [Luke 17:30].—Manuscript Releases 14:96, 97 (1896). {LDE 249.3}
§111 善与恶之间的最后大争战
§112 The Last Great Battle Between Good and Evil
§113 在最后的大斗争中,将有两个敌对的大势力。一方是天地的创造主。在祂这边的人都带着祂的记号。他们是顺从祂诫命的。另一方是黑暗之君和自愿悖逆反叛的人。--7BC 982, 983 (1901). {LDE 249.4}
§114 Two great opposing powers are revealed in the last great battle. On one side stands the Creator of heaven and earth. All on His side bear His signet. They are obedient to His commands. On the other side stands the prince of darkness, with those who have chosen apostasy and rebellion.—The S.D.A. Bible Commentary 7:982, 983 (1901). {LDE 249.4}
§115 一场可怕的争战在我们面前。我们正在接近上帝全能者的大日的争战。那一直被执掌着的种种因素,将要被放开。施恩的天使正在收拢翅膀,准备走下王位,而把这个世界留给撒但控制。地上的国家和权势在恶毒地反抗着天上的上帝。他们对那些事奉上帝的人充满了仇恨,而且不久,很快,就要进行善与恶之间的最后大争战。这个地球就是战场——最后争夺和最后胜利的现场。在这里,就是撒但如此长久以来率领人们反抗上帝的地方,叛乱将永远平息。--RH 1902年5月13日. {LDE 250.1}
§116 A terrible conflict is before us. We are nearing the battle of the great day of God Almighty. That which has been held in control is to be let loose. The angel of mercy is folding her wings, preparing to step down from the throne and leave the world to the control of Satan. The principalities and powers of earth are in bitter revolt against the God of heaven. They are filled with hatred against those who serve Him, and soon, very soon, will be fought the last great battle between good and evil. The earth is to be the battle field—the scene of the final contest and the final victory. Here, where for so long Satan has led men against God, rebellion is to be forever suppressed.—The Review and Herald, May 13, 1902. {LDE 250.1}
§117 那在这两军之间所进行的战争,正如世上军队对敌一样的真实,而永恒的命运也取决于这场属灵战争的结果。--PK 176 (c. 1914). {LDE 250.2}
§118 The battles waging between the two armies are as real as those fought by the armies of this world, and on the issue of the spiritual conflict eternal destinies depend.—Prophets and Kings, 176 (c. 1914). {LDE 250.2}
§119 全世界都要被聚集在一边或另一边
§120 All the World Will Be Gathered on One Side or the Other
§121 全世界都必在这问题上参加任何一边。哈米吉多顿的战争是免不了要发生的,但愿那日我们中间没有人在睡觉。我们务要清醒警觉,象那班聪明的童女一样,既点着灯,器皿中也有了油。必须有圣灵的能力加在我们的身上,耶和华军队的元帅必率先帅领着众天使指挥作战。--3SM 426 (1890). {LDE 250.3}
§122 All the world will be on one side or the other of the question. The battle of Armageddon will be fought. And that day must find none of us sleeping. Wide awake we must be, as wise virgins having oil in our vessels with our lamps. The power of the Holy Ghost must be upon us and the Captain of the Lord’s host will stand at the head of the angels of heaven to direct the battle.—Selected Messages 3:426 (1890). {LDE 250.3}
§123 当撒但集中力量进行其最后的叛乱工作时,他对上帝的敌意必要越来越明显;每一个没有完全投诚于上帝,并蒙神能保守的人,都必与撒但结成反对天国的联盟,参加反对宇宙统治者的战争。--TM 465 (1892). {LDE 251.1}
§124 The enmity of Satan against good will be manifested more and more as he brings his forces into activity in his last work of rebellion, and every soul that is not fully surrendered to God and kept by divine power will form an alliance with Satan against heaven and join in battle against the Ruler of the universe.—Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers, 465 (1892). {LDE 251.1}
§125 地上的一切居民即将决定自己的立场,究竟是拥护还是反抗天上的政权。--7T 141 (1902). {LDE 251.2}
§126 Soon all the inhabitants of the earth will have taken sides, either for or against the government of heaven.—Testimonies for the Church 7:141 (1902). {LDE 251.2}
§127 第七灾The Seventh Plague
§128 我们需要研究七碗的倾倒。邪恶的势力不经挣扎是不会放弃的。但上帝要参与哈米吉多顿战争。当全地因《启示录》第十八章天使的荣耀发光时,善恶两大宗教势力将从睡眠中醒起。永生上帝的军队将进入战场。--7BC 983 (1899). {LDE 251.3}
§129 We need to study the pouring out of the seventh vial [Revelation 16:17-21]. The powers of evil will not yield up the conflict without a struggle. But Providence has a part to act in the battle of Armageddon. When the earth is lighted with the glory of the angel of Revelation eighteen, the religious elements, good and evil, will awake from slumber, and the armies of the living God will take the field.—The S.D.A. Bible Commentary 7:983 (1899). {LDE 251.3}
§130 哈米吉多顿战争快要爆发了。那位在衣服上写着“万王之王,万主之主”的基督,将率领骑着白马,穿着洁白细麻衣的天军出发(启19:11-16)。--7BC 982 (1899). {LDE 251.4}
§131 The battle of Armageddon is soon to be fought. He on whose vesture is written the name, King of kings and Lord of lords, leads forth the armies of heaven on white horses, clothed in fine linen, clean and white [Revelation 19:11-16].—The S.D.A. Bible Commentary 7:982 (1899). {LDE 251.4}
§132 全地此起彼伏,象海洋中的波涛一样。地面破裂。地的根基似乎都塌陷了。山岭下沉。有人居住的海岛淹没不见了。那充满罪恶象所多玛一样的海口商埠被忿怒的水所吞没。……地上最骄奢的城邑要被降为卑。世上伟人为彰显自己而斥资兴建的辉煌大厦,此时要在他们眼前倒塌毁灭,变成废墟。监狱的墙垣破裂,使那些因保守自己信仰而被监禁的上帝的子民得到释放。--GC 637 (1911年) {LDE 251.5} {LDE 251.5}
§133 The whole earth heaves and swells like the waves of the sea. Its surface is breaking up. Its very foundations seem to be giving way. Mountain chains are sinking. Inhabited islands disappear. The seaports that have become like Sodom for wickedness, are swallowed up by the angry waters.... The proudest cities of the earth are laid low. The lordly palaces, upon which the world’s great men have lavished their wealth in order to glorify themselves, are crumbling to ruin before their eyes. Prison walls are rent asunder, and God’s people, who have been held in bondage for their faith, are set free.—The Great Controversy, 637 (1911). {LDE 251.5}
