我们疗养院的属灵工作不应受医师们控制。这项工作需要思考，策略和对圣经广泛认识。要让拥有这些资格的传道人加入我们的疗养院。他们当从基督徒的观点高举节制的标准，指出身体是圣灵的殿，并使人记住自己作为上帝所赎买的产业，有责任使心灵和身体成为圣殿，适合圣灵居住。——《教会证言》卷七第75页(1902年).{CH293.2}[1]

The spiritual work of our sanitariums is not to be under the control of physicians. This work requires thought and tact, and a broad knowledge of the Bible. Ministers possessing these qualifications should be connected with our sanitariums. They should uplift the standard of temperance from a Christian point of view, showing that the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and bringing to the minds of the people the responsibility resting upon them as God’s purchased possession to make mind and body a holy temple, fit for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.—Testimonies for the Church 7:75 (1902).?{CH 293.2}[1]
