第05章 奉献
§1 第05章 奉献
§2 Chap. 5 - The Dedication
§3 (本章根据:路2:21-38)
§4 基督降生约四十天左右,约瑟和马利亚带他上耶路撒冷,按犹太教规把他奉献给主,并献上祭物。基督作为人类的替罪者,必须各方面按律法行事。此时他已受割礼作为遵守律法的承诺。[1]{DA 50.1}
§5 About forty days after the birth of Christ, Joseph and Mary took Him to Jerusalem, to present Him to the Lord, and to offer sacrifice. This was according to the Jewish law, and as mans substitute Christ must conform to the law in every particular. He had already been subjected to the rite of circumcision, as a pledge of His obedience to the law. {DA 50.1}[1]
§6 按律法规定,母亲应献一只一岁的羊羔作为燔祭,一只雏鸽或斑鸠作为赎罪祭。父母若因贫穷无力奉献羊羔,律法规定可献一对斑鸠或两只雏鸽。一只为燔祭,另一只为赎罪祭,这样也可蒙悦纳。[2]{DA 50.2}
§7 As an offering for the mother, the law required a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove for a sin offering. But the law provided that if the parents were too poor to bring a lamb, a pair of turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a burnt offering, the other for a sin offering, might be accepted. {DA 50.2}[2]
§8 凡奉献的祭物,必须是没有瑕疵的,因它是预表基督,表明他的身体是没有残缺。他是“无瑕疵无玷污的羔羊。”(彼前1:19)他的体格没有任何缺点,是强健有力的。耶稣过着一种顺乎自然律的生活。上帝的计划是要人类顺从他的律法,从而在身体和灵性上都达到上天的标准。耶稣在这方面为我们树立了完美的榜样。[3]{DA 50.3}
§9 The offerings presented to the Lord were to be without blemish. These offerings represented Christ, and from this it is evident that Jesus Himself was free from physical deformity. He was the lamb without blemish and without spot. 1 Peter 1:19. His physical structure was not marred by any defect; His body was strong and healthy. And throughout His lifetime He lived in conformity to natures laws. Physically as well as spiritually, He was an example of what God designed all humanity to be through obedience to His laws. {DA 50.3}[3]
§10 奉献长子的礼从最早就开始了。上帝曾应许赐下天上“头生的”来拯救罪人。每一家庭透过奉献长子的礼答谢天父这无比的恩赐。长子要献身于祭司的职分,在人间作基督的代表。[4]{DA 51.1}
§11 The dedication of the first-born had its origin in the earliest times. God had promised to give the First-born of heaven to save the sinner. This gift was to be acknowledged in every household by the consecration of the first-born son. He was to be devoted to the priesthood, as a representative of Christ among men. {DA 51.1}[4]
§12 上帝拯救以色列人出埃及时,曾重申奉献长子的礼。以色列民在埃及为奴之时,耶和华吩咐摩西去见埃及的法老王,说:“耶和华这样说:以色列是我的儿子,我的长子。我对你说过,容我的儿子去,好侍奉我,你还是不肯容他去,看哪,我要杀你的长子。”(出4:22-23)[5]{DA 51.2}
§13 In the deliverance of Israel from Egypt, the dedication of the first-born was again commanded. While the children of Israel were in bondage to the Egyptians, the Lord directed Moses to go to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and say, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is My son, even My first-born: and I say unto thee, Let My son go, that he may serve Me: and if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy first-born. Exodus 4:22, 23. {DA 51.2}[5]
§14 摩西传达了上帝的警告,但傲慢的法老回答说:“耶和华是谁,使我听他的话,容以色列人去呢?我不认识耶和华,也不容以色列人去。”(出5:2)于是,上帝为他的百姓行了神迹,把那可怕的灾难降在法老头上。最后,他吩咐毁灭的天使,杀死了埃及人的长子和头生的牲畜。为了把上帝的选民从那被诅咒的民族中分别出来,以色列人按着指示宰杀羊羔,把羊血涂在门框和门楣上。每一家都要如此行,使那灭命的天使来执行死刑时,可以越过以色列人的家。[6]{DA 51.3}
§15 Moses delivered his message; but the proud kings answer was, Who is the Lord, that I should obey His voice to let Israel go? I know not the Lord, neither will I let Israel go. Exodus 5:2. The Lord worked for His people by signs and wonders, sending terrible judgments upon Pharaoh. At length the destroying angel was bidden to slay the first-born of man and beast among the Egyptians. That the Israelites might be spared, they were directed to place upon their doorposts the blood of a slain lamb. Every house was to be marked, that when the angel came on his mission of death, he might pass over the homes of the Israelites. {DA 51.3}[6]
§16 这一场灾祸降于埃及之后,耶和华对摩西说:“凡头生的,无论是人是牲畜,都是我的,要分别为圣归我。”(出13:2)“因为……我在埃及地击杀一切头生的那日,就把以色列中一切头生的,连人带牲畜都分别为圣归我,他们定要属我,我是耶和华。”(民3:13)圣所崇祀的礼仪制定以后,上帝拣选了利未支派代替以色列的一切长子在圣所服务。但长子仍算为属耶和华的,所以要用代价赎回来。[7]{DA 51.4}
§17 After sending this judgment upon Egypt, the Lord said to Moses, Sanctify unto Me all the first-born, . . . both of man and of beast: it is Mine; for on the day that I smote all the first-born in the land of Egypt I hallowed unto Me all the first-born in Israel, both man and beast: Mine shall they be: I am the Lord. Exodus 13:2; Numbers 3:13. After the tabernacle service was established, the Lord chose the tribe of Levi in the place of the first-born of all Israel to minister in the sanctuary. But the first-born were still to be regarded as the Lords, and were to be bought back by a ransom. {DA 51.4}[7]
§18 如此,奉献长子的礼具有特殊意义。一方面记念上帝为以色列人所施的奇妙拯救,同时也预表上帝的独生爱子将要施行更大的拯救。正如那涂在门框和门楣上的羊血,救了以色列长子的命,从基督身上流出的鲜血,照样具有拯救世界的能力。[8]{DA 51.5}
§19 Thus the law for the presentation of the first-born was made particularly significant. While it was a memorial of the Lords wonderful deliverance of the children of Israel, it prefigured a greater deliverance, to be wrought out by the only-begotten Son of God. As the blood sprinkled on the doorposts had saved the first-born of Israel, so the blood of Christ has power to save the world. {DA 51.5}[8]
§20 由此可见,基督的奉献礼具有何等的意义啊!可惜,值班的祭司没有看明幕后的真义,更无法测透其中深藏的奥秘。奉献婴孩的礼是司空见惯的。日复一日,当婴儿被献归主时,祭司接收了其赎银。日复一日,他按常规执行业务,也不理会其父母是谁,除非奉献者具有富裕或尊贵的身份。约瑟和马利亚是穷人,他们带着婴孩进前来时,祭司看到的只是一对衣着俭朴的加利利夫妇。他们的外表毫不引人注目,他们拿来的祭物,也是贫困阶层所献的。[9]{DA 52.1}
§21 What meaning then was attached to Christs presentation! But the priest did not see through the veil; he did not read the mystery beyond. The presentation of infants was a common scene. Day after day the priest received the redemption money as the babes were presented to the Lord. Day after day he went through the routine of his work, giving little heed to the parents or children, unless he saw some indication of the wealth or high rank of the parents. Joseph and Mary were poor; and when they came with their child, the priests saw only a man and woman dressed as Galileans, and in the humblest garments. There was nothing in their appearance to attract attention, and they presented only the offering made by the poorer classes. {DA 52.1}[9]
§22 司礼的祭司举行了例行的仪式,把孩子抱过来,在祭坛前举了一下。礼毕,便将孩子递还母亲,把“耶稣”登记在长子的名册上。行礼时,这位祭司根本没想到他抱的婴孩就是天上的君、荣耀的王,就是摩西所说:“主上帝要从你们弟兄中间,给你们兴起一位先知像我,凡他向你们所说的,你们都要听从”的那一位。(徒3:22)他也没有想到,这个婴孩就是摩西要求显荣耀给他看的那一位。(见出33:18)但那比摩西更大的一位,如今竟躺在祭司怀里。当他登记孩子的名字时,也就是登记了犹太民族一切宗教制度之根基的名字。那名字要成为这制度宣告终止的凭证。祭物和奉献的制度渐旧渐衰,表号几乎达到实物,影儿将要达到本体。[10]{DA 52.2}
§23 The priest went through the ceremony of his official work. He took the child in his arms, and held it up before the altar. After handing it back to its mother, he inscribed the name Jesus on the roll of the first-born. Little did he think, as the babe lay in his arms, that it was the Majesty of heaven, the King of glory. The priest did not think that this babe was the One of whom Moses had written, A Prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; Him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever He shall say unto you. Acts 3:22. He did not think that this babe was He whose glory Moses had asked to see. But One greater than Moses lay in the priests arms; and when he enrolled the childs name, he was enrolling the name of One who was the foundation of the whole Jewish economy. That name was to be its death warrant; for the system of sacrifices and offerings was waxing old; the type had almost reached its antitype, the shadow its substance. {DA 52.2}[10]
§24 古时停在施恩座上的荣光,这时早已离开了圣所,但在这伯利恒婴孩体内却蕴藏着无数天使在他面前敬拜的荣光。这位还不懂事的婴孩,就是所应许的“后裔”,就是那筑在伊甸园门口的第一座祭坛所预指的一位。这是“细罗”(赐平安者)就是向摩西宣称自己为“自有永有者”,在云柱和火柱中引领以色列民的那一位,也是众先知久已预言的救主。他是“万国所羡慕的”,是“大卫的根”,又是他的“苗裔”,也是“明亮的晨星”。这弱小婴孩的名字,乃是堕落人类的希望,他要为全世界的罪债偿付赎价。这婴孩是“治理上帝的家”的真正“大祭司,”(来10:21)是肩负“祭司的职任……长久不更换”的元首,(来7:24)坐在“高天至大者的右边”为罪人代求的中保。(来1:3)[11]{DA 52.3}
§25 The Shekinah had departed from the sanctuary, but in the Child of Bethlehem was veiled the glory before which angels bow. This unconscious babe was the promised seed, to whom the first altar at the gate of Eden pointed. This was Shiloh, the peace giver. It was He who declared Himself to Moses as the I AM. It was He who in the pillar of cloud and of fire had been the guide of Israel. This was He whom seers had long foretold. He was the Desire of all nations, the Root and the Offspring of David, and the Bright and Morning Star. The name of that helpless little babe, inscribed in the roll of Israel, declaring Him our brother, was the hope of fallen humanity. The child for whom the redemption money had been paid was He who was to pay the ransom for the sins of the whole world. He was the true high priest over the house of God, the head of an unchangeable priesthood, the intercessor at the right hand of the Majesty on high. Hebrews 10:21; 7:24; 1:3. {DA 52.3}[11]
§26 属灵的事要用属灵的眼光去领会的。上帝的儿子在圣殿里为他降世的使命被献上,祭司却看他为平常的孩子,没在耶稣身上察觉出什么特别之处。但这次奉献之礼并不是平平淡淡过去的,上帝赐爱子给世人的事,还是得到承认了。“在耶路撒冷,有一个人名叫西面。这人又公义又虔诚,素常盼望以色列的安慰者来到,又有圣灵在他身上。他得了圣灵的启示,知道自己未死以前,必看见主所立的基督。”[12]{DA 55.1}
§27 Spiritual things are spiritually discerned. In the temple the Son of God was dedicated to the work He had come to do. The priest looked upon Him as he would upon any other child. But though he neither saw nor felt anything unusual, Gods act in giving His Son to the world was acknowledged. This occasion did not pass without some recognition of Christ. There was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the Consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him. And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lords Christ. {DA 55.1}[12]
§28 西面走进圣殿,看见一对夫妇在祭司面前奉献他们的长子。一望而知他们是穷人。但西面明白圣灵的启示,深深感到这被献的婴孩就是以色列的“安慰者”,就是他素来所盼望要见的那一位。于是西面走过去,祭司见他欣喜之情溢于言表,就甚觉惊奇。这时,孩子已交还给马利亚,西面又将他抱过来奉献给上帝。西面感到心中充满了从未有过的喜乐。他向天举起裹着襁褓的救主,说:“主啊,如今可以照你的话,释放仆人安然去世,因为我的眼睛已经看见你的救恩,就是你在万民面前所预备的,是照亮外邦人的光,又是你民以色列的荣耀。”[13]{DA 55.2}
§29 As Simeon enters the temple, he sees a family presenting their first-born son before the priest. Their appearance bespeaks poverty; but Simeon understands the warnings of the Spirit, and he is deeply impressed that the infant being presented to the Lord is the Consolation of Israel, the One he has longed to see. To the astonished priest, Simeon appears like a man enraptured. The child has been returned to Mary, and he takes it in his arms and presents it to God, while a joy that he has never before felt enters his soul. As he lifts the infant Saviour toward heaven, he says, Lord, now lettest Thou Thy servant depart in peace, according to Thy word: for mine eyes have seen Thy salvation, which Thou hast prepared before the face of all people; a light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of Thy people Israel. {DA 55.2}[13]
§30 有预言之灵降在这位神人身上。约瑟和马利亚站在一旁,惊奇地听着西面为他们祝福。他又对马利亚说:“这孩子被立,是要叫以色列中许多人跌倒,许多人兴起,又要作毁谤的话柄,叫许多人心里的意念显露出来,你自己的心也要被刀刺透。”[14]{DA 55.3}
§31 The spirit of prophecy was upon this man of God, and while Joseph and Mary stood by, wondering at his words, he blessed them, and said unto Mary, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against; (yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed. {DA 55.3}[14]
§32 另一位女先知亚拿,这时也进前来,证实了西面为基督所作的见证。当西面说话的时候,她的脸上显出上帝的荣光,并为蒙应许得见救主基督而倾吐衷心的感谢。[15]{DA 55.4}
§33 Anna also, a prophetess, came in and confirmed Simeons testimony concerning Christ. As Simeon spoke, her face lighted up with the glory of God, and she poured out her heartfelt thanks that she had been permitted to behold Christ the Lord. {DA 55.4}[15]
§34 这两位谦卑事主的信徒没有白白地研究预言。可惜那些身为以色列祭司和官长的,虽然眼前也有宝贵的预言,却没有行在主的道路上,他们既闭着双眼,就看不到生命的光。[16]{DA 55.5}
§35 These humble worshipers had not studied the prophecies in vain. But those who held positions as rulers and priests in Israel, though they too had before them the precious utterances of prophecy, were not walking in the way of the Lord, and their eyes were not open to behold the Light of life. {DA 55.5}[16]
§36 今日的世界仍然如此。有些宗教领袖和在上帝殿里敬拜的人,对全天庭极其关注的大事竟视而不见,对这事情的发生,他们听而不闻。世人承认耶稣是个历史人物,却转身背离永活的基督。今日的基督就是在《圣经》中号召人自我牺牲的基督,也是那为穷苦大众谋求宽慰的基督,又是在那关乎贫困、劳苦与被欺压者的正义事业中的基督,不比一千九百年前更受人欢迎。[17]{DA 56.1}
§37 So it is still. Events upon which the attention of all heaven is centered are undiscerned, their very occurrence is unnoticed, by religious leaders, and worshipers in the house of God. Men acknowledge Christ in history, while they turn away from the living Christ. Christ in His word calling to self-sacrifice, in the poor and suffering who plead for relief, in the righteous cause that involves poverty and toil and reproach, is no more readily received today than He was eighteen hundred years ago. {DA 56.1}[17]
§38 马利亚将西面意义深长的预言牢记于心,反复思想。她看着自己怀中的孩子,又想起伯利恒牧羊人的话,心中就充满了感恩的喜乐和光明的盼望。西面的话使她想起先知以赛亚的预言:“从耶西的本必发一条,从他根生的枝子必结果实。耶和华的灵必住在他身上,就是使他有智慧和聪明的灵,谋略和能力的灵,知识和敬畏耶和华的灵。……公义必当他的腰带,信实必当他胁下的带子。”“在黑暗中行走的百姓,看见了大光;住在死荫之地的人有光照耀他们。……因有一婴孩为我们而生,有一子赐给我们,政权必担在他的肩头上,他名称为奇妙、策士、全能的神、永在的父、和平的君。”(赛11:1-5;9:2-6)[18]{DA 56.2}
§39 Mary pondered the broad and far-reaching prophecy of Simeon. As she looked upon the child in her arms, and recalled the words spoken by the shepherds of Bethlehem, she was full of grateful joy and bright hope. Simeons words called to her mind the prophetic utterances of Isaiah: There shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: and the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. . . . And righteousness shall be the girdle of His loins, and faithfulness the girdle of His reins. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. . . . For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 11:1-5; 9:2-6. {DA 56.2}[18]
§40 然而马利亚还不明白基督的使命。西面曾预言他不但为以色列的荣耀,也是照亮外邦人的光。同样,天使也曾宣布救主的降生为关乎万民的大喜信息。原来,上帝想要更正犹太人对弥赛亚的工作所抱的狭隘观念,希望世人不单看他是以色列民族的救星,更是全世界的救赎主。但就是耶稣的母亲,也必须历经多年,才能真正明了弥赛亚的使命。[19]{DA 56.3}
§41 Yet Mary did not understand Christs mission. Simeon had prophesied of Him as a light to lighten the Gentiles, as well as a glory to Israel. Thus the angels had announced the Saviours birth as tidings of joy to all peoples. God was seeking to correct the narrow, Jewish conception of the Messiahs work. He desired men to behold Him, not merely as the deliverer of Israel, but as the Redeemer of the world. But many years must pass before even the mother of Jesus would understand His mission. {DA 56.3}[19]
§42 马利亚指望弥赛亚登上大卫的宝座,却没看到:为了赢得王位,他所必须经历的苦难洗礼。西面指明:弥赛亚将走过的人世路程绝非一帆风顺。他对马利亚所说,“你自己的心也要被刀刺透”的话,是上帝出于怜悯的心肠给耶稣的母亲的暗示:她已经开始尝到她所要为耶稣遭受的剧痛。[20]{DA 56.4}
§43 Mary looked forward to the Messiahs reign on Davids throne, but she saw not the baptism of suffering by which it must be won. Through Simeon it is revealed that the Messiah is to have no unobstructed passage through the world. In the words to Mary, A sword shall pierce through thy own soul also, God in His tender mercy gives to the mother of Jesus an intimation of the anguish that already for His sake she had begun to bear. {DA 56.4}[20]
§44 西面说:“这孩子被立,是要叫以色列中许多人跌倒,许多人兴起,又要作毁谤的话柄。”凡要兴起的人,必须先有“跌倒”的经验。我们必须在那磐石(基督)上跌碎(太21:44)然后才能在基督里兴起。要明白属灵之国的荣耀,自我必须让位,自高的必须自卑。犹太人不愿接受那必须经过屈辱才能获得的荣耀,故不肯接待他们的救赎主。他就因此成了毁谤的话柄。[21]{DA 56.5}
§45 Behold, Simeon had said, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against. They must fall who would rise again. We must fall upon the Rock and be broken before we can be uplifted in Christ. Self must be dethroned, pride must be humbled, if we would know the glory of the spiritual kingdom. The Jews would not accept the honor that is reached through humiliation. Therefore they would not receive their Redeemer. He was a sign that was spoken against. {DA 56.5}[21]
§46 他要“叫许多人心里的意念显露出来。”在救主生活的光照之下,从创造主直到黑暗之君,从圣洁的天使到犯罪堕落的世人,一切心思都显露出来了。撒但曾说,上帝是自私暴戾、一切都要、一毛不拔的;为自己的荣耀他要被造之物服侍他,却不为他们的利益作任何牺牲。如今上帝赐下爱子基督,他的心就此显明;他向我们所怀的意念也就此证实,“是赐平安的意念,不是降灾祸的意念。”(耶29:11)上帝对罪恶的憎恨强烈如死,但他对罪人的慈爱却比死更强!他既致力于救人的工作,就甘愿为之牺牲一切。为了完成这工作,再高的代价也在所不惜;为了救我们,他没有少讲一句真理,没有少行一件奇事,也没有保留半点神能。恩上加恩,福上加福;上天的全部宝藏都已向他所要救赎的人敞开了。上帝收集了宇宙的一切的财富,开启了无穷能力的泉源,全数交在耶稣基督手里,说:这都是为人预备的,你要用这些恩赐使人信服:天上地下再没有比我的爱更大的了!人生最大的幸福在于爱我![22]{DA 57.1}
§47 That the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed. In the light of the Saviours life, the hearts of all, even from the Creator to the prince of darkness, are revealed. Satan has represented God as selfish and oppressive, as claiming all, and giving nothing, as requiring the service of His creatures for His own glory, and making no sacrifice for their good. But the gift of Christ reveals the Fathers heart. It testifies that the thoughts of God toward us are thoughts of peace, and not of evil. Jeremiah 29:11. It declares that while Gods hatred of sin is as strong as death, His love for the sinner is stronger than death. Having undertaken our redemption, He will spare nothing, however dear, which is necessary to the completion of His work. No truth essential to our salvation is withheld, no miracle of mercy is neglected, no divine agency is left unemployed. Favor is heaped upon favor, gift upon gift. The whole treasury of heaven is open to those He seeks to save. Having collected the riches of the universe, and laid open the resources of infinite power, He gives them all into the hands of Christ, and says, All these are for man. Use these gifts to convince him that there is no love greater than Mine in earth or heaven. His greatest happiness will be found in loving Me. {DA 57.1}[22]
§48 在髑髅地的十字架上,博爱与自私对峙而立,双方的表现都达到了顶点。基督的一生,是不倦地安慰人为人造福的一生。撒但却将基督置于死地,显明他对上帝的仇恨已经到了何等恶毒的地步,也显明他叛逆天庭的真正目的,是要推翻上帝的王权,并除灭那彰显上帝之爱的主。[23]{DA 57.2}
§49 At the cross of Calvary, love and selfishness stood face to face. Here was their crowning manifestation. Christ had lived only to comfort and bless, and in putting Him to death, Satan manifested the malignity of his hatred against God. He made it evident that the real purpose of his rebellion was to dethrone God, and to destroy Him through whom the love of God was shown. {DA 57.2}[23]
§50 透过基督的生与死,人人的意念都显露出来了。从马槽到十字架,耶稣的一生是个号召,召唤世人向他归依,与他同受苦难。人生的目的就此显露出来了。耶稣带来了天上的真理,凡听从圣灵召唤的人就被吸引到他面前来。而凡崇拜自我的人属于撒但的国度。在对待基督的态度上,人人都要表明自己所站的立场。这样,每个人就对自己作出了判决。[24]{DA 57.3}
§51 By the life and the death of Christ, the thoughts of men also are brought to view. From the manger to the cross, the life of Jesus was a call to self-surrender, and to fellowship in suffering. It unveiled the purposes of men. Jesus came with the truth of heaven, and all who were listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit were drawn to Him. The worshipers of self belonged to Satans kingdom. In their attitude toward Christ, all would show on which side they stood. And thus everyone passes judgment on himself. {DA 57.3}[24]
§52 在最后的审判大日,每个沦亡的人将要看明自己拒绝真理的性质。那时十字架必将出现,每个被罪弄瞎的心眼,必看出自己同十字架的真实关系,并在髑髏地的惨景和那神秘的受难者面前服罪。每个虚谎的借口必被扫除,世人叛逆的穷凶极恶的本质将暴露无遗。人们将要看出他们所拣选的到底是什么。在长期斗争中的一切有关真理和谬道的问题,此时都要得出答案。在全宇宙的审判厅里,众人都将看明,罪恶的存在不能归咎于上帝;而且,上帝的圣旨决不是导致罪恶的。上帝的施政并无缺点,也无任何足以引起不平的因由。当一切意念尽都显露无遗时,忠心的圣徒和叛逆的恶人都必扬声高呼:“万世之王啊!你的道途义哉,诚哉。主啊!谁敢不敬畏你,不将荣耀归于你的名呢?……因你公义的作为已经显出来了。”(启15:3-4)[25]{DA 58.1}
§53 In the day of final judgment, every lost soul will understand the nature of his own rejection of truth. The cross will be presented, and its real bearing will be seen by every mind that has been blinded by transgression. Before the vision of Calvary with its mysterious Victim, sinners will stand condemned. Every lying excuse will be swept away. Human apostasy will appear in its heinous character. Men will see what their choice has been. Every question of truth and error in the long-standing controversy will then have been made plain. In the judgment of the universe, God will stand clear of blame for the existence or continuance of evil. It will be demonstrated that the divine decrees are not accessory to sin. There was no defect in Gods government, no cause for disaffection. When the thoughts of all hearts shall be revealed, both the loyal and the rebellious will unite in declaring, Just and true are Thy ways, Thou King of saints. Who shall not fear Thee, O Lord, and glorify Thy name? . . . for Thy judgments are made manifest. Revelation 15:3, 4. {DA 58.1}[25]
